The Mode Warranty provides 36 months warranty for the Motor, Battery and Controller and 06 months warranty for all other Vehicle components against defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring they meet the specifications outlined in the user manual or promotional materials. This includes coverage for any issues that impact the Vehicle’s performance or safety due to manufacturing defects, offering riders peace of mind and support with their purchase.
The warranty covers the labor costs for any repairs available in the warranty terms for your Vehicle may require, ensuring that you receive professional care at no additional charge.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear after six months, nor the following issues:
• Battery degradation within limit (20% degradation after 80,000 Kilometers)
• Damage caused by accidents or vandalism
• Defects resulting from unauthorized modifications (illegal adjustments)
• Damage due to battery misuse
• Tire punctures
• Frame scratches
• Brake wear
• Incorrect assembly or installation by the user

Any unauthorized modifications to Vehicle components and component software’s that alter the Vehicle’s performance will void the warranty for the motor, battery, controller and all other warranties. Such changes can compromise the Vehicle’s integrity and safety.
For warranty claims or repairs, please contact Mode directly. All repairs must be approved or conducted by Mode to be covered under the warranty. While replacement parts and labor are covered, the Vehicle owner is responsible for transportation costs related to on-site repairs or traveling to a service center.
Yes, the warranty is transferable and remains valid even if the Vehicle changes ownership, ensuring continued quality and reliability for the new owner.
